There's nothing I love more than spending the money I definitely don't have on bargains - making the [very] little I can squeeze out of my stack of credit cards go that bit further. Sometimes, I just get this insatiable URGE to shop - and makeup / beauty products are my absolute downfall when I'm in this mood. Anyone else?
I've recently discovered PerfumeClick who sell an INSANE variety of brands [such as Estée Lauder, Mac, Real Techniques, YSL, Essie etc - to name just a few] at reduced prices. It's like a treasure trove of bargains; ripe for the picking. After [legitimately] hours of trawling their site, I finally managed to whittle my basket down to my limit & placed my order - ready to share with you guys. As in, ready to share the news and reviews of the products with you I mean - obv I love you guys LOADS but these bits are mine all mine!
Britney Spears Fantasy in Bloom Eau de Toilette 100ml Spray*, £17.80
As a long-term fan of our Brit's fragrances, I was surprised that I'd never heard of this one before. In fact, PerfumeClick had loads of Britney fragrances I'd never heard of before, so it was an eye-opener and an educational visit all in one. I decided to opt for Fantasy In Bloom as the original Fantasy perfume is one of my favourites of all time... and I mean, just look at that bottle and packaging! Have you ever seen anything more Instagrammable in your life?!
Real Techniques Blush Brush*, £9.45
I like to dabble in makeup brush brands [see my latest review on this topic if ya like, looking at Ciara Daly's fab range] - but Real Techniques are always a sure bet for their quality and longevity. I've been using my Morphe and Crownbrush blusher brushes for a while now; but I saw someone on YouTube using this RT one and loved the softer effect its soft bristles had against the skin and so therefore had to have it.
Essie Gel Couture Nail Polish 13.5ml*, in Shade 10 Sheer Fantasy, £5.80 and Essie Nail Polish 13.5ml*, in shade Tying The Knotie, £5.80
I love Essie nail polishes - I always notice them on Insta and their pastel shades are the one. I've ordered a few of their products prior to these via BeautyBay in the sale; as I find their prices to be a little too pricey for my trampy budget needs... but PerfumeClick make them SO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE OMG [and on Ciaté polishes too] so I grabbed a couple of pretty pastel pinks. The shades you see here are Tying the Knotie and Sheer Fantasy - Tying the Knotie being the slightly paler of the two.
Rimmel Lasting Finish Nude Foundation 30ml*, in shade Natural Beige 400, £5.90
I used to use this foundation religiously, thanks to its super-high coverage and cheap-as-chips price tag. Recently, I've been obsessed with Milani's 2-in-1 foundation [since finding my correct colour match] but I won't lie, I really wanted to revisit this product and see if it still lives up to the fond memories I have of it. And for this price, I thought legit, why not? I chose a darker shade than usual, as I thought I'd take it on holiday with me to wear against my tanned skin. Turns out I won't be leaving the country till at least 2018 now, but yeno. The thought and pre-planning was totes there.
