I did a fair bit of work with a CBD website earlier this year - compiling information on clothing, homeware, beauty and nutrition products which utilise this 'so-hot-right-now' [bonus points to you if you read that in the Mugatu / Zoolander way] ingredient in their composition. As well as learning a lot during this time, I became mad keen on trying CBD infused stuff out for myself; after spending so many hours writing about its benefits.

Why did I decide to try it?

How have I found it?
Pretty good tbh, I can definitely agree with some of the things it's said to promote in ya body. It's definitely helped me sleep / regulate my sleeping patterns better, and I feel like some of the tightness in my muscles and scar tissue has loosened a little too, which is a great feeling. The oil does give you a feeling of calm too - but cos I'm not used to this serene feeling, it's been resulting in me dropping power-naps, so I've learned to take it later in the day now, where it matters less if I nod off 😂
One thing noone seems to talk about in these reviews is the taste of the CBD Oil. I don't know what I was expecting - and it by no means tastes bad, but it's quite.... herbal. Which, when seeing that typed up, I realise I should have anticipated, but didn't; ahahahaha. It smells quite strong [not like weed, just sorta leafy, as I say] like a strong tea, but the more days you take it, the more accustomed you get to it.
Would I recommend it?
Yeah, I reckon I would. I'm not saying it's gonna be an instant miracle cure for your health problems & life predicaments, but it definitely promotes feelings of calmness and has a long list of health benefits that I don't think can or should be ignored. Mistatera promote balance, sustainability and organic values too; all of which are things I respect and like to promote when looking at the brands I work with - so they get bonus points here too.
