Because I'm a terrible adult, spendaholic & ridiculously easily influenced; I ended up making yet another Revolution Makeup order recently. Purely cos I'd seen a few pics of the new Soph palette knocking about the 'Gram and wanted that aesthetic on & around my face.
So here she is. She costs just £10, contains 18 triumphant shades and rocks up in the rose gold case of dreams. Her official name [other than babein' palette bae who completes my tragic existance] is the Revolution X Soph Extra Spice palette - and as you may have guessed from this post's title; she's 100% worth picking up.
How erotic is this palette, pls. The shades are stunning, bang on point and pigmented ASF. Yet easy enough to blend, even for total novices like me. I shrieked, wept and lost the ability to cope BIG STYLE when I first unboxed this lil beauty - those shimmers, man. Infinity gets me going in a way no man could... hahahhahaha.
Whereas Natwest, all my debtors & the bailiff community of the North West would firmly disagree I needed this palette in my life, these pics say otherwise. I love the range of colours it contains... much as I LOVE warm toned, pinky palettes; it's really refreshing to see one which hosts more of a variety. With mattes, shimmers and velvet finishes. And swatches that pretty much make me do a jizz.
I'd continue to ramble on about how beaut this palette is, how it managed to make even my rancid face more acceptable to other humans & how f*cking incredible the pigment is in the shades it contains [they feel so rich, lux and almost sorta damp - you know the high quality kinda shadows I mean right? The ones that usually cost about £50 to buy in a palette, not £10 for 18]... but I think sometimes, a picture [or 35,000 - sorry baes] speaks a thousand words.
And failing that, the price tag definitely does xox
