Now, let's unbox July's box, the LookFantastic 'Sunkissed' Edition Beauty Box*. Available to order online now - and just as a note, there's a few variations available this month product-wise (to ensure they don't all sell out... again!) so your box may differ a little from mine (oooh errl.) All variations I've seen are absolute 10/10s though, so don't sweat it sistah.

It's a really pretty round-up of products, with a pinky-peachy glow-esque vibe about it. Which fits perfectly with this month's theme - 'Sunkissed'; a box curated with the ultimate at-home pamper in the sunshine in mind. Thanks to you, Ms Rona, at home is all the pampering we CAN do this summer!
I'm a big fan of Sleek products, and their 'Matte Me' liquid lippies are ones I've reached for for years. Long-lasting, easy to apply and pigmented; they're an affordable dream, helping to serve makeup LEWKS all year-round. The NUXE goodies smell amazing (also HOW GOOD is that masque... proper resisting the urge to pyar stick me finger in it π), I love a good under eye mask (got under eye bags bigger than my dreams) and Balance Me are another skincare brand I dig.
I actually do really like konjac sponges too, so this one from So Eco was a welcome addition to this month's box. I love the texture on my skin when I use them to remove cleanser or masks - anyone else? That firmness of the spongey material just makes my skin feel more exfoliated & glowy as I wipe everything off. And I'm forever fascinated by how they dry hard & then when dropped in the water POW!
Gonna be honest - the idea of getting a soap in a beauty box wouldn't ordinarily enthrall me - BUT - given we're currently attempting to navigate our ways through a bloody pandemic, with the one key message everyone actually agreeing on being 'WASH YOUR HANDS', this Le Couvent item makes sense. It's good to have on you, for hygiene emergencies (and it actually seems to make sense to carry personal soap in this day & age.) AND THAT PACKAGING! ABSOLUTE GOALS.
So yeah. Another month, another happy subscriber over 'ere. The products selected for this month's edit definitely scream summer to me - NUXE is always a brand that remind me of summer, due to this gorgeous shimmery shower cream I had from them I took on holiday to Turkey one year. Even if, thanks again to that bad slag Ms Rona, I've hardly been outside in months and don't even know what season it is right now π
