Christmas. The one word you can't avoid hearing at the moment. The festive spirit is in the air, the holidays are coming and now we have even more of an excuse than just being bloggers to adorn everything we own in fairy lights and bunting. But now... back to that twist I mentioned earlier.
As well as offering traditional greetings cards [which you can have printed or write yourself by hand]... Choosey also lets you create printed video greetings cards, which work by the 'magic' of Augmented Reality. How cool is that?!
So you start by creating your card as normal [which, by the way, doesn't necessarily have to be a Christmas card; Choosey have a card for every occasion you can think of!] You can choose to have a message printed inside, or have the card blank; for you to handwrite when it arrives. Then, through the miracle of modern technology, you can upload a video to your card; using either your computer or via the Choosey App on your phone or tablet [available on Apple App Store or on the Google Play Store.] The video prints as a unique code in your card - which, when scanned by another phone or tablet running the Choosey App, displays the hidden video to your recipient.
It's SUCH a clever idea - you could upload a video of yourself wishing the other person Happy Christmas, or maybe you could upload an old video, personal to the friend you're gifting. Something to make them smile and feel connected to you; no matter how long it's been or how far away they are from you.

The cards themselves are high quality, glossy and even though these are classed as Standard sized, cheaper [£2.99] cards - they're really big!! I was super impressed. You can order the cards to be sent direct to your recipient, or back to you with a spare envelope; like I did.

I love how modern and fun Choosey's designs are - and how there's a style for everyone - traditional, funny, cute, rude, modern, animals - all lovingly created by independant designers. And obv I chose the rudest, funniest options there were for this post, haha - but that's just me!
I'll definitely use Choosey again; my whole experience with them has been flawless. Delivery was fast, their prices are super reasonable and the quality is really high. The only difficult part of this experience was being able to just pick out a handful of cards - there's so many incredible designs on Choosey's website, it took me the best part of three hours to whittle down my choices to these ten!
