I'm all about minimalist packaging, slick branding and products that offer me proper good value for money when it comes to beauty purchases. Especially when I'm looking at pricier, dental products which promise the results of ma dreamz... without having to spend hours stuck in the denny's chair of doom [as he moans at me about that massive cake I ate to myself last week after getting emosh at Eastenders.] Yeno?

Unfortunately, in this day & age [lol I legit sound like a Grandma 'ere, but bear with us & I promise I'll drop some modern day terms and maybe the odd swear to redeem myself] there's a f*ck ton [see, there we go] of home teeth whitening solutions marketed to us... that pray on the insecurities being bombarded with images of dat perfect American bright white / veneered / photoshopped / unrealistic smile inevitably cause us to develop.

Many of these products [or the dodgy, unqualified whitening treatments you can get done by the work experience girl in that shady looking hairdressers in the alley behind Tesco] are illegal, potentially damaging to ya enamel and complete gimmicks - that won't actually do anything for ya. I know dis guys, I watched a full on documentary on it; because going back to my earlier point - I am a Grandma. I've tried several myself... Colgate Whitening Mouthwash, those American Crest strips that everyone raves about and that iWhite stuff [bunch of bollocks] that simply did not work for me and were a total waste of money. But I've recently been trying out White Wash Laboratories products for size - and I'm pleased to report back that their stuff ticks ALL my boxes - it works [pretty much instantly], comes in stunning minimalist packaging & has branding on FLEEK. So if you're gonna splash out on home tooth whitening products, these ones are well worth it. Avoid iWhite. K?

White Wash Labs' Nano Range launched in Boots and Harvey Nichols last year - and they very kindly sent me some goodies from said range to get me teeth into [literally.] Their Nano Collection is a little different than ya tyical, high street teeth whitening product; as it's designed by UK dentists, to help ya achieve a healthier, whiter grin.

Their range contains high quality ingredients that give you the best possible tooth whitening treatment options outside of the dentist's practice. Exciting side note - but at the time of writing this post, the Nano products in Boots are actually all on offer... making them super mega affordable. Well, in comparison to spending hundreds a pop for someone else to do it for ya.

I've been trying out the Nano Whitening Toothpaste*, Nano Whitening Mouthwash*, Nano Anti Stain Floss* and the Nano Intensive Whitening Strips* over the past few weeks to see how they worked for me. Aside from the stunning, minimalist branding enhancing the aesthetic of my bathroom & making it look proper good [thx huns] their range has also definitely achieved some noticeable, proper good results on the whitening front.

The whitening toothpaste is definitely one of the stand-out products out of the babein' #BloggerMail package that arrived on my doorstep. It's a little different in consistency than others I've tried - or that of ya regular stuff... it's sorta, more pastey and dense. Hard to describe. But even after the first couple of brushes with this magical stuff I could see a difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I prefer this to other whitening toothpastes as it's a white / pale colour; rather than red, bright pink or like ... blue - which means there is no weird staining left on ya gnashers post-use. It worked a treat lifting some of the coffee staining on a couple of my front feeth.

The mouthwash was a nice flavour, not like some of the ones that blow ya head off or set the roof of your mouth on fire as you gargle.... you know the ones. The ones that make you wince and ya eyes water, but you power through cos you're a trooper and the prospect of teeth that look like sweetcorn horrifies you to the core. And the floss is dead good quality and again, tastes minty fresh. It's not that cheap stuff you can pick up [I'm looking at you, Asda] that frays off when you use it and gets stuck inbetween ya teeth *shudders.* It's easy to use, precise to control and comes in compact, well designed packaging.

As expected, the whitening strips are extremely effective too - after having left them on for the specified amount of time, your teeth are left gleaming & the difference is immediately obvious. The strips are well shaped to grip and hold onto the contours of ya gnashers... and once they're on, they're on. Hell nor high water is moving them bad boys. Some of the cheaper alternatives I've tried have been much flimsier and more like a fine film than a strip, which has meant they've come loose and needed readjusting several times during the wait process. So this is a definite plus point for these Nano ones. The packaging is gorgeous once again; perfectly executed for professional results, luxurious looking designs yet affordable price tags.

The only bug bear I've had when using these strips [which don't get me wrong, will not stop me using them cos HOT DAMNNNN these strips work miracles] is, in fact, one of the benefits of them - the fact they remain so firmly in place once applied. They haven't given me any tooth sensitivity, or any negative effect whatsoever [just extreme whitening, as indicated by the box!] but I do find it extremely difficult to remove the strips from me pegs. Then again, there is a high likelihood I'm doing it wrong... I haven't read reviews from anyone else experiencing this!

Like a top tit, I didn't take before and after shots... purely because I was that keen to get in there I went and flossed, mouthwashed & brushed me teeth straight away haha. But here's a lil selfie gallery to show you how pearly white things are looking in tooth town, and how happy I am to throw my head back and howl in laughter; knowing my gnashers aren't gonna look like pieces of sweetcorn.

#NoFilter ... and defo no Photoshop, cos I can't afford that shiz hahaha. Just whiter, yet still natural looking [soz America, I don't quite dig that glow in the dark look] healthy teeth. And Nano products [plus my sick Uber Sonic Toothbrush] have definitely helped me to maintain and improve them & their appearance.
