I've recently discovered a brand which incorporates & values all the above factors [and more] in the same way that I do. I frigging love it when you stumble across a company whose core values pure match your own. This brand is one that I have totes added to my love list, has a truly babein' team and are definitely one to watch - Vigo Beauty.
Vigo Beauty sell a range of super affordable, high quality, professional beauty tools which are all 100% cruelty free & vegan friendly - and since discovering their collection a few weeks ago, I've fallen for them. HARD. Their products are insanely good and the fact that buying them helps support such brilliant brand values is just the icing on the cake for me.
They aim to provide high quality cosmetics and accessories which are novel in design and available at a reasonable price; all based on being vegan friendly [they do not use any animal products in their beauty range] and ethical.

It's firm, distributes product unbelievably well and is just SO soft and squishable. From the moment this little beaut landed in my life, my blending game changed forever.

The SilkySponge is a unique tear-drop shaped silicone applicator; which is non-porous and has a smooth surface which allows make up to be applied with maximum surface coverage. I love that it comes in different colours - each of which are so eye-catching and Instagrammable.
These blenders give you a flawless, professional finish with minimal makeup waste. They actually reduce the amount of product that you need to use, as they don't absorb any of it; instead treating your skin to the full package. And they're so simple to use and maintain - simply wipe your SilkySponge clean with a wipe or a little water.
Another nice feature when it comes to Vigo Beauty's silicone sponges is that they're ever so lightly fragranced; ensuring that they don't whiff of nasty solvents, like some of the other options on the market do.
I am so impressed with these blenders. They're a little firmer than others I've tried in the past, which means that they really [and I mean REALLY] glide product along the skin; making a little go the longest way.
