You may have seen, on my Insta stories, that there's a new product in town that's stolen my heart recently. I posted a few skincare chats on there the other night, where I showed this bad boy in action [and, shortly after, my makeup free face had promptly lost me about 20 followers, hahahahah; thanks huns for confirming that my face truly is certified as rancid.]
Whereas my mug is almost certainly deemed a sick joke, this miracle product is anything but that; instead being branded a hero, bae, life-partner and game changer within my skincare regime. I'm talking about, of course, the Undo Waterproof Eye Makeup Eraser* from The Hero Project; keep reading for all the reasons why it's a must have in every #bblogger's life & why this brand are so damn on fleek.
As a gal who's constantly trying to wing her eyeliner as hard as she's also trying to wing life [wow pls, why am I talking about myself as though I'm sure pure protagonist in a novel] the struggle is real when it comes to being able to effectively remove all me eye makeup at the end of the day. Or the morning after; depending on how a] heavy the night was or b] severe the carb coma was after my daily feast of pasta, tuna & cheese.
This stuff though. THIS STUFF. It melts through all my layers of mascara, eyeliner and stubborn AF lash glue with ease; and without setting my eyelids on fire. Like I don't think I've ever used a wipe, cleanser or makeup remover that's as effectively been able to work firmly embedded lash glue out of my lashes; without some like mad crust, fiery sensation or residue left in its wake.
I love the packaging, I love how fun all the text on & accompanying the product is and I proper, fully love everything that The Hero Project brand stands for. This beaut Eye Makeup Remover, for example, has no Parabens, no Sulphates, no Alcohol, no Fragrance, no Phthalates, no Mineral Oil, is totes Vegetarian-friendly, totes Vegan-friendly and is non-comedogenic [won’t clog pores.] Yas. The brand is also against animal testing, plastic microbeads & uses only recyclable & sustainable paper for packaging. It's like a heroic breath of fresh air for beauty.
Undo is designed to be a 'no-messing-around' waterproof eye makeup remover; softly melting and removing the day's #MOTD with a few gentle rubs of a cotton pad. THP say 'stop. Just press Undo. As you would on your computer keyboard: erase the look of the day’s makeup in just a couple of quick swipes.' And I'm all about dis life.
It's a bi-phase, micellar eye makeup remover - and it's here to change the game hun; hbu? Undo legit removes every last scrap of my makeup with ease - like I haven't put on four layers of mascara & enough lash glue to last a decade. All whilst soothing, hydrating & conditioning skin and lashes. And even suitable for use on sensitive skin / peepers. Marry me pls.
The formula itself separates into two colours in the bottle; which I was mystified by. Undo's super smart bi-phase & micellar formula combines into one lux liquid after a quick lil shake. Give dat clever push top bottle a swish, for instant mixing results / magic / satisfying AF times; right before ya eyes.
The dispenser is, as with everything else I've discovered in my first The Hero Project experience, dead frigging cool. You place a cotton pad onto it and press down on either side for a perfectly even, non-wasteful pump o' product onto your chosen cleansing device. It's ridiculously satisfying, clever and unique; meaning the novelty of those 2-3 pumps [ooh err, think we all know a guy like this!] doesn't wear off [unlike him.] 10/10 would recommend & / or bang [again, unlike him.]
If you haven't tried anything from / stalked The Hero Project yet, I'd totes recommend that you do. Asap, if not immediately. I'm so impressed with this remover that I'd 100% buy it again - alongside other products from the range; and cos I'm so bloody poor, I don't say things like that lightly!
*This post contains an item I was gifted for the purpose of review, but all opinions and professions of love [as well as experiences with professor two pump] are totes my own xo
