New month, new Dollibox*. Yay! This means a whole host of pink, magical goodness turning up [albeit via a slightly sinister Yodel delivery man] on my doorstep - that I can unwrap, squeal at and weep in excitement about; much to Clive's annoyance.
Dollibox has fast become one of my faaaaaavourite subscription services, thanks to how cute and sparkly every month's curation is; and the fact that every box I've received has always been packed to the brim with a really wide variety of products. For example; we've seen makeup, skincare, hair care, hair accessories, jewellery, beauty tools and wax melts / candles in recent months - which is a mash up of products you don't get in other popular monthly boxes [yes, I'm totes having a dig at you Birchbox and Glossybox - and wot?]
Here's what June 2017 had in store for us Dollibox Devotees.
Seacret Hand Cream, 150ml, Travel Size, RRP £29.99
I tried Seacret's luxurious makeup remover wipes in last month's Dollibox; which I loved the smell of and also felt were really kind to my skin. I'd never even heard of this brand until May 2017 [lol] but their rich, natural formulas and inclusion of minerals from the Dead Sea are always going to sit well with me. Because I want to be a mermaid and legit live in the sea, k? So I was happy to see them again in June; this time, in hand cream form.
Although I moan about my face resembling an oil slick and the blinding gleam which reflects off my shiny-ass forehead, the rest of my body [especially my hands] can be prone to dry skin. I'm just like a mad patchwork of different skin types. So I do need to use hand cream in order to keep my hands looking young and fresh; rather than about 87 years old and crusty AF. Looking forward to using this; it looks and smells super refreshing.

As soon as I took the parcel from the aforementioned slightly creepy delivery dude and ran inside [as fast as my crutches and searing hip pain would let me] I could smell something unreal. Like something so glorious that I could barely wait to tear open the pink packaging and go a bit batsh*t cray cray. That smell, ladies and gents, was this beautiful glittery wax melt. I'm obsessed. It's made from 100% soy wax, is 100% vegan friendly and all ingredients have been sourced from 100% cruelty free suppliers too.
I've seen Paul the Postman give me a few odd looks since June's Dollibox arrived, and I think that's because many of the times he's brought me my post, I must have had glitter on the end of my nose. Like I'm part unicorn or 3/4 insane. This is from me literally sticking my nostrils as far as I can into the little wax melt pot to sniff it - it smells that good. This blue melt is in the scent 'April Showers' and it just smells so fresh and crisp that I can barely cope and have regular MELTdowns [geddit?] but there are many other scents available.
Pura Cosmetics Lip Balm, Full Size, RRP £2.50
This is such a luxurious, rich feeling lip balm - it's just like all coconutty and waxy and like a big cuddle for your lips. I like the little pot and how dinky it is to pop in any bag - and it smells gorgeous. PLUS it's 100% cruelty free and made from natural ingredients; which are important factors to me now when investing in new products.
I'm not perfect and I don't completely understand the ins and outs of it all, but I'm trying to avoid brands who test on animals and educate myself on what everything means. Anyway, this is a deeply nourishing product which I've been using at night, just before bed. So when I dream about necking on with pure hotties, at least I know my pout is prepared. Hahaaaaa.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Eventone Suncare SPF 30, Full Size, RRP £9.99
I love Palmer's products - I've used them on and off since I was a teen as I love the smell and how relaxing it is. I've never seen suncream from Palmer's before though - just like I'd never seen their hair care range until recently - and I really feel like I need to re-educate myself on everything I thought I knew about them in light of this, tbh.
I'm really impressed with this Suncare. It filters UVA and UVB rays whilst moisturising the skin to protect it from sun damage - as well as to help maintain an even, young looking skin tone. It's not greasy and doesn't leave a nasty, tacky white residue on the skin - it instead just absorbs instantly and gives you SPF 30 protection. As my idol Borat would say - very niiiiiice.
Popfeel Concealer, Full Size, RRP £2.79
I've tried this brand of concealer before in a couple of the shades - and was impressed by how well the colour pays off with them. They're very highly pigmented and the packaging is nice too - although definitely a dupe of the LA Girl HD Concealer!
This colour will be useful to me - although it's too light for contouring and too dark to use as concealer, I can use it as a base for my eyemakeup or a lip primer - two things I always forget about ... as in reality, I'm a terrible excuse of a bblogger.

Wow. Just wow. Have you ever seen a brush more beautiful? Mermaid vibes are big business in the blogger world right now - and this beautifully soft, fluffy brush - complete with metallic gradient colouring to the handle [and a majestic tail!] is so on point right now it brings a legit tear to my eye.
Each June Dollibox contained a random brush from the collection - there are a few different styles found in this month's offerings, but for me; this brush size is perfect. It's like a large, fluffy blending brush; perfect for blending out sexy smokey eye makeup or perhaps adding a little highlighter or contour powder to the old nose area. And just too beautiful to even put into words. CAN YOU EVEN?! Cos I'm not sure I can.
Bonus item: Pink Tweezers, Full Size
Tweezers are without a doubt the one beauty tool I misplace every single day of my existence. I'll be having a monobrow CRISIS and there won't be a pair to be seen anywhere. So a girl can never have too many. They have a very flat edge and are quite sizeable [oo-er!] so I'm actually going to use these tweezers to help me apply false eyelashes.
There's a few new styles of false eyelashes I've been trying recently that I'm not used to; so I've been struggling to apply them as precisely as I'd like. I normally just apply them by hand, you see. I'm hoping these pink beauties can help elevate my lash application skills to the next level.
Boom! Another fantastic curation of goodies from Dollibox - who have really listened to their customers' feedback on last month's edit and included another mermaid themed product as a result of such. Which is lovely. It's like a personal touch and lets you know that the directors of this company really do care about their customers - you wouldn't get that kind of service with the two aforementioned beauty box 'giants' would you? When I subscribed to that bloody Glossybox, I was lucky if the box even showed up at all!
I honestly would recommend Dollibox to everyone - especially bloggers, as it really opens your eyes to cute new products and brands [and little independant Etsy stores] that you'd never hear of or get to experience otherwise. They always post tonnes of offers on their social media channels, the boxes are affordable AF anyway and you get mostly full sized products for your money each month. And glitter, unicorns and mermaids. What's not to instantly fall in love with?!
