I love practical, value for money subscription boxes & services - all life hacks that make the everyday traumas of daily adulting that little bit easier to handle. Covering diverse niches - from pet food to sweets, sanitary products, beauty and food; the monthly subscription business model is booming - and as a result, has something to cater for every need.
I have a particularly useful, eco-friendly & well designed example of such to share with you guys today; a service which both saves you money and reminds you to change ya toothbrush on a more regular basis [I think we're all a bit guilty of this] in one, super affordable bi-monthly hit. Brushbox*.

I can't think of anything better than having such modern, well designed tooth merchandise delivered to me door every other month tbh - especially if you go through products quickly, have a family [and therefore have more teeth to keep healthy] or work unsociable hours.
Brushbox has everything you need to keep on top of your oral hygiene game [cos noone wants to spend hours in the denny's chair of torture or suffer from horrific death breath, amiright?] - 2 tubes of toothpaste & a Pure toothbrush are included in ya standard monthly box [designed to last for two months until ya next stash arrives] - but mine is a super charged edit; which includes a swish bamboo toothbrush, floss and a tongue scraper. You guys can also choose these products as add-ons, during the box creation process. All delivered to you in gorgeous, eco friendly packaging & with bright, modern branding.
When it comes to signing up for ya Brushbox, there's a few different options you can choose from [which is something else I really love about this idea.] Whereas delivery is always free; the cost of your box will depend on how many people you need oral care for. You can also choose whether your box's contents will be intended for an adult or child; to further customise what you'll find inside it & ensure that it's suitable for them. Including choosing the design of toothbrush you'd like; which is pretty fun - and whether you'd like to add floss or a tongue scraper [or both] into the mix for a small add-on charge.
A box for one [adult or child] for example, costs just £3.50 a month [£6.99 payable every two months] - and erm, is well good value in my books! It trims down the cost of what you'd typically spend in the supermarket on equivalent products; and brings them to ya front door, for free!
A Brushbox for a household of 2 people costs £3 per person, per month [£11.98, payable every two months], a BB for three will cost ya £2.75 per person a month [£16.47 payable every two months] and a Brushbox for four amounts to £2.50 a head; £19.96 every two months. Which again, you can specify whether the products inside will be adults', children's or a mix of both - with the option of adding in floss, upgrading ya toothbrush to a bamboo BEAST and choosing the tongue cleaner option; if ya fancy!
Oral hygiene is so important to our overall health & wellbeing; so signing up to an affordable service [which can encourage kids to get on board with this idea too - especially by choosing their own toothbrush, comes with top tips on how to keep yer gnashers in ship-shape & breathes a bit of fun back into the whole teeth brushing regime] like this is a fantastic idea.
Plus, you know when your new box arrives, it's time to ditch that smelly old toothbrush; which again, reinforces good habits with children... or simply helps you keep on top of your A-Game whilst you're having a shocker at work! You just focus on the daily adulting thing hun, Brushbox will take care of the toothbrush replacing rota; k? Life's too short, n all that.
I was really impressed with my first ever Brushbox experience - it's a fab idea, really reasonably priced and the design & branding of the whole concept is on point. The floss is good quality - not that stringy sh*te that pure frays and leaves remnants inbetween ya teeth [*shudders*], the toothbrush is perfectly designed to be lightweight yet precise when in use and the toothbrush has a lovely, soft mint flavour; nothing too strong or burny. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for ways to make adulting simpler!
If Brushbox has tickled ya fancy, you can get 50% off your first month using the code LIPSTICK50 at the checkout. Let me know if you choose to subscribe & take advantage of this fab offer - and what your thoughts are on this friggin' genius idea!
*Gifted but yeno, as always; all opinions and mad tangents of rambling are ded honest xo
