After the delivery fella seemingly buggered off with my British Beauty Box* #Bloggermail of DREAMS for a few weeks, I wasn't sure if it would ever grace my life with its beauty.

Near tears of jealousy & courier betrayal were shed when I saw other people unboxing theirs on the 'Gram - I had to skip so many Insta Stories desperately trying to avoid spoilers until mine decided to resurface.

When it did finally emerge tho... bloody hell... this new on the scene skincare box was worth every minute of the wait, the levels of lost parcel fear & all the associated [and non-associated, trololol] squeaky bum time encountered. Let me show you why, hun.

Quick lil side note before we crack right on: because this box arrived with me later than anticipated [dammit Dave the delivery man!] I wanted to get this write-up out asap rly... as it's too good to wait for another few weeks whilst I properly try everything it contained.

This post therefore, is gonna be more of an overview & a first impressions of the goodies included and the British Beauty Box experience itself; rather than an in-depth product review. With, of course, lots of overexcited swearing and 300,000 photos. But dat's just me xox

The babein' box you see in all my millions of photos is the first ever British Beauty Box to be released - and what a strong bloody start it's off to! BBB pride themselves on housing luxury products from leaders in the skin and haircare industry... and from the size & weight of the package alone [ooh-err] I could tell what it was packing was gonna be full sized [πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚]

Each box contains only full-sized, luxury items [5 of them in fact]... no samples or sh*tty sachets to be found here, hun. Each box is delivered to your door every 3 months; with its contents being worth at least double the price paid. And as you can see from the pics above [and every-bloody-where you look in this post lol] - there's some pretty big names included.

Once subscribed to British Beauty Box, it's also worth noting that you [a newly enrolled member of the #BritishBeauties fam] will receive a free box - which sounds pretty fab to me, like.

I'll stop rambling on now & get to the products anyway - to subscribe or get the inside scoop on how pricing works, click here. As Rihanna once sung said 'this is what you came for'; after all.

Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Night Pads, RRP £14.95

A bestseller. A full size, whopping great tub of bestselling goodness. Swimming in my latest skincare obsession; Glycolic Acid. As an oily skinned gal [well, on my fod and chin exclusively these days, it seems] I love this Glycolic business. It refines, clears and glows up my skin like no other.

These super-powered overnight pads calm and sooth whilst exfoliating & cleansing the skin. Dreamy. I like how portable & handy they are [I've tried - and fully used up - a sample pot of these bad boys before]; simply grabbing a pad each time you come to get ya cleanse on. 10/10 would bang and / or will defo use.

Ark Skincare Pre Cleanse & Makeup Remover, RRP £30

I've never actually tried anything from Ark before [that I can recall, anyway] - but reading up about the brand [and swooning over their fit AF packaging] has, as Shania Twain might say, 'impressed me much.' I've gotta stop quoting sh*t song lyrics one day, man

I go through cleansers and makeup removers veeeeeeeery quickly... due to the amount of slap I have to smother my giant face in daily as to not terrify small children & as I've trying to adult better by remembering to take it off before I go to sleep these days [most nights, like.] So this product is a very welcome addition to my skincare fam.

It's vegan friendly and packed with the finest natural ingredients to sort ya face right out. Its multi-fruit lipid blend boasts Omegas 3, 6 and 9; which combine and have a right party when it comes to dissolving makeup & grime, leaving pure nourishment in it wake. Bliss.

Bybi Babe Balm Natural Beauty Balm, RRP £18
Shop : www.bybi.com

This is one of the products in this month's curation that entices me the most. I love its packaging, the branding and the feel of the tube in my hands. It's a design wet dream. As well as an all-round, versatile AF product that softens & smooths whatever part of the body it comes into contact with [though I can't guarantee about that area, you dirty dawg xox]

This balm is multi-purpose & magnificent; which hydrates, softens and nourishes. It can be used as a rich overnight moisturising treatment or as part of the modern 'glossy' trend as part of your daytime #OOTD; as a glossy lip balm, cheek balm, highlighter, eyebrow gloss or hand cream. Yaaaaaas Bybi.

Manuka Doctor Radiance Serum, RRP £18.99

I'm a big fan of Manuka Doctor. Their products are all dead natural, but also dead effective. I reviewed a few of their other bits here in fact, in case you wanna have a nose.

I've got really into serums in general recently; after getting over my fear of anything liquidy or oil-based potentially making my oil-slick of a fod more 'glowy.' The reviews online for this stuff are sick, so I can't wait to get my glow up, finally.

It's great in terms of anti-ageing [& I'm defo not getting any younger...] promising to illuminate skin immediately and, within 10 minutes, reduce the appearance of wrinkles; leaving skin firmer & younger looking. Get on ma face pls xo

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm with Dual Action Cleansing Cloth, RRP £47

Legit, when I saw this Cleansing Balm was in this month's edit - and in such HUGE, full size glory as well, I nearly pooed myself in excitement.

WHAT A BIG NAME. What a cult, statement high-end piece of skincare to add the finishing touches on an already bloody brilliant British Beauty Box cake. I can't even cope.

The Moringa Cleansing Balm removes all traces of face & eye makeup - it melts ya slap right off; which is an incredibly satisfying  experience to both enjoy & watch. Even the most eyeliner fuelled eye makeup melts gently off with this magical stuff; cleansing your pores as it works  - as well as balancing, hydrating and moisturising the skin. For ALL skin types. Yaaaas Emma, queen. You rock that well-deserved crown, bird.

I am so, so impressed by what I've seen from British Beauty Box so far. The attention to detail, the branding, the huge names nestling inside that pink giftbox of delight, the fact that all the goodies it includes are full sized... I was blown away by it when mine finally arrived [again, still cursing / shaking my fist at that damn delivery fella.]

What do you think of this service? Will you try British Beauty Box? Have you tried any of the products nestled within this first edition?
