I adore Kiss nails and lashes; always have, always will. Their ranges continue to develop, grow and expand in new directions - following the latest trends whilst always remaining affordable and user-friendly. I definitely applaud them - and wanted to show you a few of the new styles from their collections that have landed down in LLL town recently. These lil huns are perfect for Halloween outfit inspo [seriously, run down to ya local Boots or Superdrug where you can shop the range in time for that last-minute night out] and Christmas Party Season beauty updates.
With new, dark, vampy & glittery statement nails for Autumn creeping into their collection - with thick, chunky, textured lashes to add that lil extra something to your sassy Halloween makeup looks, Kiss have once again slayed the game. I wear their lashes and nails on the daily - every day is Halloween for me [haha no just jokin', am not that dramatic, honest] due to how easy & quick they are to apply - but if you don't and you're just looking for some recommendations or inspo to take your makeup to the next level over the next few weeks of festivities, keep reading!
I had originally intended to wear these gorgeous red Kiss ImPress Manicure Nails* for Halloween [cos, yeno, red] BUT I genuinely love them so much that I cracked them outta their packet pretty much immediately and affixed them to my talons.
I love a red nail - it's my go-to colour which goes with everything and looks effortlessly chic; and the shape and length of this style are short enough for me to type, write and snap pics without them getting in the way. Perfect. That's the only drawback for me with those proper sexy long talons - as a gal who wears contact lenses and spends 22/24 hours a day on the laptop typing away, I need a short, rounded shape to not either blind myself or slow down my wpm count too much.
The blue, statement, sexy AF Diamond FX* Kiss nails in this post are a similar level of YES for me in terms of length and style [oo-err, what are we talking about here like 😂] & in being able to wear them easily - their coffin shape isn't too pointy / stabby but they still look incredibly elegant and sassy when applied. I always love the way my hands look when I've Kiss manicured up.
I had a very similar style of nails to these diamond effect ones not too long ago - for a wedding I attended [omg the cheese at that wedding reception was e-x-c-e-p-t-i-o-n-a-l] and I absolutely LOVE the texturing and the way they caught the light, so I am obviously well in love with these new blue versions. The majority of the nails are matte, with just a few diamond ones; meaning I can do my usual 'statement' nail manicure [I usually use my ring fingers on both hands as my statement nail of choice... mostly because there's no chance of an actual ring dressing up these sorry state of affairs any time soon & it's a great way to draw the attention of eligible & not idiot boys to this fact 😂😂] so am happy.
Kiss' Lash Couture range of false lashes are some of my all time faves - I literally steam through packets of these like there's no tomorrow. The glue you get with them is great and the lashes are high quality and long-lasting; affixing well and holding in place for hours at a time. The 'Triple Push Up' collection of these lashes are gorgeously multi-dimensional and fluttery; for a full, flirty yet not-too-heavy look; great for nights out or hot dates.
The Lash Couture 5th Avenue collection [as you see here in the style Grandeur*] is home to a much more dramatic, full and statement range of falsies; perfect for Halloween looks and going all out over Christmas and New Year. I adore them and I love the spiky, chunky shape of Grandeur... which aren't quite as heavy and dramatic looking once you've got them on. Honest.
