Holidays to St Moriz are the one. No matter how sh*te the weather has been, how little you've left the house to socialise with other humans - or how much you can't afford to jet off somewhere to catch a genuine bronzed glow; a quick vacay to St Moriz on a Thursday / Friday night [ahead of the weekend] will sort you right out

I've been visiting the sunny isle of St Moriz for the past seven years with absolutely no complaints. I have my friend Dawn to thank for this deep-seated loyalty to the brand; she went home from our work on Wednesday evening one time [as white as a sheet] and returned on Thursday like she'd taken an express ticket to the sun. 'Teach me your ways' I whispered to her, as envious tears filled my eyes... and history was made.

St Moriz Advanced Pro Formula Collection Fake Tan Review
Recently, St Moriz have had a bit of a facelift in terms of their branding, their new Advanced Pro-Formula and some of the new products they now have available. Which means that your journey to tanned perfection and back is now EVEN BETTER! Carrying on with the weak holiday metaphors I've been throwing out there thus far, I'd like to compare the standard St Moriz Medium Mousse 've used to get my glow on since 2010 with the experiences I've had so far with their Pro-FormulaIt's like you've upgraded from Ryanair to Thomas Cook; both do the job well, but our boy Tommy C treats you to a few extras in-flight.

You may have already read this postfeaturing some pretty impressive before and after results from the white [bottled] isle; which showcased just how good the new Advanced Pro-Formula Range really is [and how good it smells.] And today's post features a few more products from their stunning Pro-Formula range - PLUS my new MUST HAVE dry tanning oil; for bronzing on the go.

I've got to kick this review off with this product, it's a total game changer which I'm guessing some of you might not have tried before. I've tried the Bondi Sands equivalent of this dry tanning oil; which I love too - but the St Moriz is so much more affordable, for those of us on a budget. Namely me, all the time. Dry Tanning Oil is amazing for use on the go. It's as the name suggests - dry, moisturising and subtly develops throughout the day.

It sprays on as a beautifully fragranced, moisturising oil; which you blend into your skin using a tanning mitt - leaving you with an even, streak free glow. And once it's dry, you can go about your day as normal. Get dressed, go out, live life - as this lil gem works its tanning magic in the background! There's no unnatural looking stain, no streaks and nothing to wash off - simply spritz 'n' go. It's my new favourite thing ever - and so quick to apply when compared to mousse tanners.

The St Moriz Advanced Pro Dry Oil's formula is extremely fast drying, leaving you with skin that glows naturally and deepens in colour throughout the day. It leaves you with the most natural, bronzed all over tan - I'm obsessed tbh.

It's not greasy, it doesn't stink of biscuits and it doesn't require any downtime or washing off - it's just the easiest, most fool-proof and natural looking tan in a bottle ever. For a super reasonable price.

I'd had a few other bloggers telling me about how good this stuff is before I'd even got my hands on some - and they weren't wrong! I tend to veer away from spray-on tanning products as I've had many, many unspeakable disasters with others in the past - but the design and almost like, cupped head of the spray makes application so much easier; as its easier to control the flow of the spray.

It's clever stuff too - a little like the Skinny Tan express I tried recently, this mist is all about FAST tanning; so when you end up saying yes to a last minute night out with the girls but haven't tanned since possibly the dawn of time you can still rep a bronzed complexion. I actually quite like the fine, lightweight mist of this tan; blended in with a tanning mitt it's natural yet beautifully bronzed.

Perfect for tanning junkies like me - who like a quick fix tan, this super convenient St. Moriz Advanced Pro Fast Response Tanning Mist also allows you to control your shade. Tan to perfection within a matter of minutes. If you fancy a light glow, leave on for one hour before washing off. For a more medium tan, leave for around two hours and for a dark tan; you're looking at around three hours prep. Or longer, depending on how you want the finished tan to look!

I would say that if you're new to fake tanning or perhaps a little unsure of your skill, you would be best to start off with a mousse or cream first, rather than jumping straight on the spray hype. This tan is great - but probably best used by those familiar with applying self tan and those confident at applying a fast spraying, fast drying product. Cos yeno, bad things can happen when your tan goes west.

There's probably nothing I love more in the history of fake tanning than a good mousse. Although the St Moriz Dry Oil Spray has defo revolutionised the way I fake tan these days, mousses will always be my fave; thanks to how easy they are to use, the instant colour they give you with the stain of the product and the deep, deep results you can achieve by layering two coats. MAN I love the tan life!

I haven't actually got round to trying this one yet; but if it's like any of the other St Moriz Mousses then I know we're going to get along juuuuuust fine. I'll probably use this inbetween #FakeTanThursdays to keep my glow topped up, as this is a product designed for a more natural, gradual glow which builds over time - and when I tan I like to REALLY tan, yeno?

It's clever stuff though this Advanced Pro Formula - this mousse is another great shout if you're new to the tanning game or a bit nervous about it looking really dark or unnatural on you. It gives you an instant colour - which is great as HELLO bronzing AND in terms of you being able to see where you're applying it, so you don't miss any patches; plus builds up a natural glow over time.

It starts off looking pretty natural and then can be intensified over a period of time - so St Moriz recommend it for beginners and those with fair skin. So to all of you who comment on my tanning obsession with your fears of looking like a big ass Wotsit or streaks - this one's for you.

Have you tried St Moriz before, or any of their new Advanced Pro Formula Collection? Regardless or whether you're a seasoned fake tan veteran or new to the fakin'-it scene, you can't go wrong with a quick vacay to St Moriz from time to time - especially at such great prices and when it's sold literally everywhere [I buy mine from Superdrug, Tesco, B&M Bargains, Home Bargains etc just to name a few stockists!]
*This post contains items I was gifted for the purpose of review; but as always, all tan and opinions are very much my own
