I'm a little late to the party in writing this post. Soz. BodyLab very kindly sent me a massive tub of their Total Protein TastyShake a few weeks back, and then in the typical ongoing joke which has been my life recently, I put my back out, buggered my hip up and got taken down by a raging ear infection [again] like the little old lady I am. So exercising has been the last thing on my mind - I've barely been able to walk for the past few weeks. First Impressions
In my time as an adult human I've tried a few protein shakes - all of which have described themselves as being a certain flavour, only to have drunk them and been like, erm WTF is that?! Strawberry, my a*se!! But this tub of Vanilla Flavoured TastyShake smells & tastes amazing, like ice cream and ice cream flavour Chewits - from the moment you pop the lid.
I'm also really impressed with BodyLab's website, content and general ethos - the website has loads of healthy, realistic recipes on it, sensible diet advice and a community section; for women to come together and support / empower each other.
