There's pretty much nothing on this planet I heart more than a bargain [apart from bourbon biscuits, oversleeping and a solid brew.] So when I discovered Everything5Pounds' site, I was over the moon. Everything, £5?! Five english pounds?! Yep, this isn't even a drill, I'm 100% for real. With a massive variety of stock and one easy pricing rule, Everything5Pounds is one of those sites you can sit and scroll your life away on. Dangerous, incredible and fulfilling; all at the same time.
One thing I've discovered during my life as a pauper [and as part of my Expectation vs Reality blog series] is that often, if you buy cheap, you get cheap - I'm talking wonky hems, material like toilet roll and indecent exposure. How would Everything5 fair when put to the test?

Part I - The Dressy, Sparkly Edition - Christmas Party Season Inspo

Are you in love yet?! Cos I am!! How amazing are these pieces, though?! And such good quality, to say that they only cost £5 each! I've got two pairs of heels, an outfit and a necklace for £25 here, which is blimmin' good value, even in my poor book!
I adore this sequinned skirt - it's a stunning pattern which really catches the light and is ideal for the embellished, sparkly Christmas Party Season. I love it worn with this top, but I'd also team it with a plain vest top and a statement necklace for an alternative look.
This ivory crop top is an amazing staple piece to add to the old wardrobe - I love sheer stuff. It can be really dressed up or down and is super versatile - it features in my casual lookbook post too, for this reason! It's cropped, but lovely to wear with high waisted pieces, or layered with a cami underneath.
I proper love this chunky statement necklace - gold is my faveand I love how simple yet statement-y this piece is. I've been looking for a necklace like this for aaaages; ever since Mercedes McQueen wore one on Hollyoaks [lol, that's how cool my life is.] I'm buzzing to finally have one, and will wear this dressed up and more casually this autumn. I got another necklace from Everything5Pounds which also goes amazingly well with this look; but I've saved it for my other post [so make sure you give the blog a follow so you don't miss it.]
And as for these shoes - well, these are my favourite pieces from the look. And in life. They're so flipping on trend - I've seen fashion bloggers going nuts over these for months and them constantly selling out online - namely at ASOS, where they were selling for several times the price of these bad boys!
Again, these are in incredibly versatile addition to my wardrobe and can be worn casually or dressed up. They add a dressy, on point touch of detail to any outfit, and I can't believe how right Everything5 have got them.
