There's a high chance that you might not give two shiny sh*tes about what's on my nails this week, but if you do wanna find out more; you're in the right place.
I've kinda got a bit well too poor to get Shellac recently [sobs] so I've had to go back to the manual chore of painting my own nails which I loathe [although some of the admin relating to this tedious task has become a little easier, thanks to my fab Covershoot Twist Pot.] I picked up this gorgeous little nail polish from TopShop online this week - it's a mixture of the chrome, matte aaaaand mermaid-esque nail trends blended into one; and bang on point for the upcoming festive party season. That's if I ever get invited anywhere and leave the house, mind.
I won't lie, the first thing that attracted me to this polish [fab Autumnal vibes aside] was the packaging - it's so minimal and cute. I love TopShop's beauty range for this reason alone.
The nail polish itself applies really nicely and dries pretty quick too [though a little dry, so if you have crappy, flakey ass nails like me, make sure you've filed the sh*t outta them first.] It takes a couple of coats to get the optimum finish, but just look at it once it's done. I feel like a pure sophisticated robot. Or a proper on point alien. And I love it.
